Just to prove I'm still around, I've uploaded a fun little Paintchat collaboration that took place between Zoroko and I the other day. Her character West is on the left, and my character Neora is on the right. We've been doing a comic of-sorts together with those characters for quite some time. This is my first time ever doing a serious collab, and it was a blast!

The main reason for my absence over the past year was my dysfunctional laptop. >_< We finally got it replaced with an equivalent desktop PC, and now I can finally use my tablet, Painter, and Photoshop again! I'd been branching out into other art interests too, such as sculpture and photography, in the downtime, so don't think I just sat there doing nothing! ^^

Uploaded a silly photo-manipulation in tribute to one of my favorite shows, Battlestar Galactica. I'm not talking about the cheesy old show from the late 70's, but the new one airing right now on SciFi. Fantastic show. ^_^ Anyway, I have a few things in the works... unfortunately, can't use Painter right now at home due to my laptop breaking down in mid-December, so many of the things uploaded as "In Progress" in September have been put on hold until its fixed. But I have been busy, working on a collaboration with my good friend Zoroko, and also getting my college coursework uploaded. Thanks for being so patient, minna... ^^;;

OK, this image is actually really old (it dates from around June), but I never got around to actually adding it! ^^; I apologize, once again, for the lack of updates! I'm working on quite a few drawings right now, and although I have no idea when they'll be done, I've posted them as works-in-progress for you to view below. There are a few Wolf's Rain fanarts, a sketch for a commission I'm working on, a Halloween pic, and a few others. Hope this helps make up for the lack of new drawings over the past several months!

To celebrate the conclusion of the English release of Wolf's Rain, I've uploaded a Kiba fanart! A few more pieces should be on their way soon thanks to the upcoming CCC4 - Aoi (Ai Yori Aoshi), Kiki(Kiki's Delivery Service), Sephiroth (Final Fantasy VII), and a few others are next on my to-do list! ^_^

I have been so lazy in updating this page! Please forgive me, minna. ^^; Well, today I have another Dio fanart (will it ever end!?) and two mock conbadges that I whipped up to use in promoting the anthro conbadges I'll be offering on Furbid soon. Well, I'm married now! ^_^ I'm finding myself with a lot more free time on my hands, so hopefully that means more updates. I have three unfinished commissions that are still on my list - so if you're one of my customers, please don't worry - I'm still sketching away. I don't have a scanner or a printer at the moment, so updates might be delayed until I can get ahold of one. In the meantime, there's one new image that was created entirely in digital.

No, I haven't died - I'm just planning a wedding! ^_^ Less than a month to go now, so you can imagine that things have picked up. I uploaded a very bizarre image that I'd almost forgotten about - one that I did for a contest about two weeks ago. And in case you're wondering, I came in third! ^___^ I missed second place by *one* vote. Oh well! ^__^ I got beat out by the amazingly talented Shadowolf, so what can I say? ^__^

I also updated my journal. I'm feeling artistic at the moment, so maybe I'll have something to show for it soon!

Welcome to the new 2004 version of the Trembling Branch! If you haven't seen any new artwork since last September when the old version bit the dust, don't despair... you can see what's been added since the revision by clicking here.

Hopefully, this version of the site is much more user-friendly. No more endlessly tapping the 'Back' button on your browser... that was pretty annoying. Here's the lowdown on where you can now find content:

-The Life Drawings section has been renamed "Realism"
-Information on art commissions, prints, and purchasing original drawings has been moved to "For Sale"
-The Links and Profile pages are coming soon... not *quite* finished yet!
