Area of Effect: 1 intelligent creature 
Saving Throw: negative

The spell causes the music to be played whenever the victim performs certain 
actions; such as entering a room, charging into battle, or making an 
announcement. The type of music is determined by the caster.

Material components for this spell are: a miniature golden horn, mustache wax,
a short length of rope, and a lace handkerchief.
